Here are some recipe ideas for preparing 500g of madesu, incorporating Fradameck spices for maximum flavor:


Classic recipes revisited

Traditional Madesu with a Fradameck touch :

  1. Brown onions and garlic in palm oil.
  2. Add your 500g of already cooked red beans.
  3. Season with Tosepela Garlic & Ginger, Tosepela Black Pepper and Guaduma Onion & Ginger & Garlic
  4. Add a touch of smoke with a few drops of Tosepela Liquid Smoke.
  5. Let simmer for about twenty minutes.
  6. Serve with white rice or fufu.

Smoked fish madesu :

  1. Brown pieces of smoked fish in palm oil.
  2. Add your 500g of already cooked red beans.
  3. Season with Elengi fish, Tosepela black pepper and Tosepela garlic & ginger.
  4. Add an Elengi fish cube to enhance the taste.
  5. Let simmer for about twenty minutes.

Vegetarian Madesu :

  1. Brown vegetables of your choice (carrots, eggplant, zucchini, etc.) in olive oil.
  2. Add your 500g of already cooked red beans.
  3. Season with Elengi total spices, Tosepela black pepper and Tosepela ginger.
  4. Add an Aoja tomato for a tangy touch.
  5. Let simmer for about twenty minutes.


Madesu with braised meat :

  1. Braise meat (beef, chicken, goat) with Elengi beef or Elengi chicken.
  2. Add your 500g of already cooked red beans.
  3. Season with Tosepela black pepper, Tosepela nutmeg and Tosepela cloves.
  4. Let simmer until meat is tender.
