Flexible and easy returns
You can return items purchased online at any time in Canada within 90 days of your purchase, or you can arrange for pickup of your online order by contacting customer service by phone or email at refund@fradaameck.com
Return instructions:
- Any purchase paid for by credit card is refunded by credit note to the card used for payment.
- Any purchase paid for in cash is refunded in cash.
- Any purchase made by debit card is refunded to the debit card used for the purchase.
- Any purchase paid by check is refunded in cash when the 15-day compensation period has ended.
- Store credit is granted for any purchase paid by check when the 15-day clearing period has not expired.
- Any purchase made online using a gift card is refunded using the original form of payment.
- Any purchase made in store with store credit, a gift certificate or a gift card is refunded in the form of store credit.
What products can be returned online?
Most products that ship with standard shipping and ship to store options can be returned online. If you don't see an option to start a return on the order details page, that product can't be returned online, but you can probably return it to your nearest Fradameck location.
How do I package the product(s) I am returning online?
When you submit your return online, you will see detailed return instructions, which are also included in your return confirmation email. Print the return label(s) – If you are returning more than one package, there will be multiple labels to print. Pack your product(s) according to the itemized list on the label(s). Affix the label(s) to your sealed package(s), making sure that the old tracking labels are not visible. Refer to the return instructions in your email for details on how to drop off or pick up your packages.

What happens if I am not at home when my carrier comes?
If the carrier arrives and no one is home, they will leave a notice on your door with their contact information. Please contact the carrier to reschedule your pickup.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your package(s). The refund will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a new e-gift card.
Approved refurbished merchandise
Refurbished merchandise that has been damaged or lost in transit may not be eligible for replacement. This is subject to inventory availability of the refurbished items. When merchandise is eligible for return, a refund will be provided. Eligible returns of refurbished merchandise are free of charge. Please follow the instructions above for returns.
Damaged item and claim for missing items
Please report any damaged or missing items within three days of delivery by calling toll-free at 1-700-345-**** or emailing administration@fradaameck.com
Items that work with liquid
Please note that items that operate with flammable liquid or gas cannot be returned by courier or mail because they represent an accident hazard. For example, if you have a return of smoke liquid, you cannot return it to us by mail. Please visit one of our points of sale in Canada or call 1-800-628-**** or send us an email at remboursement@fradaameck.com to receive instructions on this subject.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Some merchandise purchased by special order is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event of cancellation, we may also charge the same 15% restocking fee. For more details, please contact Customer Service.
- Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
Check Acceptance Policy
- Checks must be made payable to Home Depot and contain pre-printed information.
- Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum amount provided by law.
- The amount of checks returned due to insufficient or uncollectible funds, plus the amount of the service charge, may be electronically debited from your account or collected by means of a bank draft.
Accepted ID documents
You may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID when making a purchase or return. Any unexpired, provincially or federally issued photo ID will be accepted, including a driver's license, military ID or passport. Your province of issue and ID number will be collected and used only for the purpose of fraud detection and return authorization decisions. This information is transferred to and may be accessed by Fradameck SENC's external returns verification system located outside of Canada. It may also be accessible under certain foreign laws. As a security measure, your ID number will be immediately hashed so that it cannot be directly stored or associated with you, except when used for the purposes described above.
