Recipe
Ingredients :

- 125g of soft butter
- 100g sugar

Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix the dry ingredients : In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and spices.
- Cream the butter and sugars : In a separate bowl, cream the butter with the sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and molasses and mix well.
- Combine the two mixtures : Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Form the cookies : Using two spoons, form balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake : Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
- Let cool : Let the cookies cool on a rack before enjoying.
